SRINAGAR: Minister for CA&PD and Tribal Affairs, Ch Zulfkar Ali has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of former Minister and legislator, Ch. Lal Mohammad Sabir.
Paying rich tributes to the late leader, Zulfkar highlighted his contribution in upliftment of downtrodden sections of society besides inculcating political culture among the marginalized sections of the society.
