Srinagar:- A Police Constable of Jammu and kashmir Police has booker Under Public Safety Act for Cheating and has shifted to Kotbilwal jail Jammu.
According to Police Sources Police Station Panthachowk has booked one Person Namely Ajaz ahmad Khan S/o Sonnaullah Khan R/o Hyhama Kupwara under PSA.The Said Person was involved in various ATM theft cases of different Police stations of srinagar.
It was also learnt that the accused is a Police Constable & presently under suspension.
After indepth investigation and analysing cctv footages the culprit was nabbed and was recommended for Public Safety Act.
The PSA Warrant was issued vide DM order no.DMS/PSA/28/2018 dated 19/09/2018 and the culprit has been shifted to Kot Bhalwal Jail Jammu.
itz pertinant to mention that the said accused was involved in case FIR No.69/2017 U/S 420 & 320 RPC of Police Station Panthachowk.
