Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday alleged that the Central government has scared the nation by raids of Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
Kejriwal in a press briefing said the Centre should work positively for welfare of the people which would help the nation to progress.
“We always talk about positive things but BJP does negative things. AAP talks about schools, better education and it does these works positively,” said Kejriwal.
“CBI had conducted searches of the bank locker and residential premises of Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia but it did not find anything from there,” he added.
“One hand, we have raised 500 tall tricolors in Delhi, are making big lakes, and beautifying the capital of the country. BJP ruled MCD made Delhi the capital mountains of garbage. The people of Delhi don’t want 16 more mountains. They want the old three to end too,” he said.
“The people want the capital to be beautiful and the environment should be good. But these 3 mountains of garbage- Ghazipur, Okhla and Bhalswa and its stench, fly-mosquito, smoke- not only stigmatize beauty but also make the life of the people around them hell,” Kejriwal said.
