The dates for US-Iran talks are unclear, Russia’s Permanent Representative to International Organisations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov told RIA Novosti in an interview.
“The Americans and Iranians are providing extremely contradictory, even mutually exclusive, information on this matter,” Ulyanov said when asked about the dates and conditions for resuming US-Iran nuclear talks.
He suggested waiting for further developments.
Earlier, Iranian television channel Press TV, citing Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, reported that the country’s authorities are not yet negotiating with the United States to end the conflict in the region.
