Kangan:- A demolition drive by the Border Roads Organization (BRO) and local administration triggered protest in Kangan today after some shopkeepers resisted the demolition drive and didn't allowed BRO to carry any work following which the traders fraternity protested and demanded action against the shopkeepers resisting the drive.
Pertinently BRO and administration were carrying the drive for the road widening and macadamization of the Kangan market here.
Following the stand off, the normal life remained affected.
