Srinagar: The Governor’s administration today issued a circular asking all the Administrative Secretaries to ensure marking of attendance by all employees of their departments on biometric devices.
According to the circular issued by the Information Technology Department, the daily biometric attendance report is being forwarded to the Governor Secretariat and is being monitored at the highest level.
“All the administrative Secretaries are requested to direct the Nodal Officer (Biometric Attendance) of her/his department to ensure daily reporting of attendance marking status to the respective Administrative Secretaries,” the circular added. (GNS)
