SHOPIAN: Days after Hizbul Mujhadeen Operational Commander Riyaz Naiko asked SPO’s to resign from their job, the militant outfit has reportedly abducted 4 policemen from twin areas of South Kashmir’s Shopian district.
Among the four abducted cops, three are SPO’S.
Militants made these abductions from Kaprin and Batagund villages of the district. Sources said three brothers of policemen had been also abducted, but were released instantly.
A police official identified the abducted policemen as Firdous Ahmad Kuchey, Kuldeep Singh, Nisar Ahmad Dhobi and Fayaz Ahmad Bhat.
