Indo-Pak Armies Exchange Fire Along LoC In Poonch

The armies of India and Pakistan exchanged fire along Line of control in Krishna Ghati sector in Poonch district, officials said.

According to the wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), officials said that the exchange of fire continued for almost an hour, adding that Pakistan Army fired motor shells during the exchange of fire.

Officials said that the Pakistan initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation by shelling with mortars and firing of small arms along the LoC in Krishna Ghato sector, adding that Indian army has retaliated strongly and effectively.
