SKIMS Employees Union To Adopt Orphan, Organize Free Medical Camp In Kargil

Srinagar: SKIMS Employees Union said it will adopt an orphan girl and also organize a free medical camp in Kargil on August 14.

SKIMS Employees Union president Istiyaq Beigh in a statement issued to GNS said the members of the Union and a team of doctors will leave for Kargil onAugust 13 then to Sonmarg to organize a free medical camp.

“Free medicines will be given to poor people in all the areas en-route Kargil,” he said.

On August 14, a mega medical camp will be organized for the people of Kargil.

Besides, an orphan girl will be adopted by the Trust, Beigh said, adding that senior officers from government are also expected to attend the camp.

EJCC chairman Aijaz Khan along with core members of the forum will also attend the said medical camp, he said, adding that various media organizations will be the partners on the occasion. (GNS)
