A major fire broke out in a bakery Shop at Lakkar Bazar on Saturday morning but fire tenders controlled the flames.
A police officer informed that around 0715 hrs Saturday a fire erupted in Trupti Baker and two fire tenders of the Fire Department from Mall Road Shimla had left for the spot.
The fire has been brought under control. One fire tender is back on Mall Road, the other fire tender is still on the spot along with fire brigade personnel.
There was no loss of life in this accident. Short circuit has been found to be the cause of the fire.
