Kulgam: Unknown gunmen on Sunday evening shot at a retired Army man in Redwani area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
A police officer wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the suspected militants fired upon retired Army man identified as Abdul Hameed of Buchroo Kulgam in Redwani area of the district in the evening.
Hameed suffered serious bullet wounds and was shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Soon after the incident, a top officer said that government forces have launched a hunt to nab the attackers—(KNO)
