Security forces in a joint search operation recovered arms, ammunition and war-like stores in the general area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Wednesday.
Army said on specific inputs from military intelligence, a joint operation was launched by Army and Jammu and Kashmir police in the general area of Dardnar forest today.
“During the search operation Rocket Projectile Gun (RPG) rounds, Hand grenades, Pistol along with ammunition and war-like stores have been recovered”, Army said in a tweet.
“On specific inputs from military intelligence, a Joint Search Operation was launched by #IndianArmy & @JmuKmrPolice in general area Dardnar Forest, Kupwara today. During search, RPG rounds, Hand Grenades, Pistol along with ammunition and other war-like stores have been recovered”, Army tweeted on X.
