union Home Minister Amit Shah will chair a high-level meeting today to review the security situation in Jammu & Kashmir.
The meeting is scheduled to be held at 11:30 AM.
Notably, last month, Shah had reviewed the security scenario of Jammu & Kashmir during a meeting held in Jammu as part of his visit to the union Territory.
During that review, the Home Minister had appreciated the efforts of the UT administration and security agencies for the peaceful conduct of the Amarnathji Yatra 2025.
He had reiterated the government’s zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism and directed all security agencies to remain vigilant and work in close coordination to eliminate terrorism from the region.
