The court today convicted a woman in Kulgam district of south Kashmir for murdering her husband.
Akhtra wife of Late Mohammed Shafi was found guilty for murdering her husband by sessions judge Zubair Ahmad Raza.
However, her punishment by the same court will be decided on April 11. The case on behalf of the government was presented by the CPO Kulgam after police field charges against the guilty in 2007. The FIR was lodged under number 116/07 under section 302 RPC.
