Poonch: A body of 60-year-old woman was recovered from a nallah in Surankote area of Poonch district on Friday morning.
Reports reaching GNS said that the woman namely Kaisra B (60) wife of late Imam Din of Kllar, Katla, Surankote found dead under mysterious conditions in a nallah at Dhunak area of the border district.
A police team immediately reached the spot soon after being informed and recovered the body for further legal medico formalities.
Station House Officer (SHO), Surankote Mohammad Anzar Mir while confirming the incident told GNS that they have registered a case under 174 CrPc and started further inquest proceedings in this regard. (GNS)
