BJP Jammu & Kashmir Spokespersons today paid rich tributes to Maharaja Hari Singh Ji on his birth anniversary.

The BJP leaders stated that the best tribute to Maharaja Hari Singh Ji is to carry forward his vision of justice, equality, and development for all sections of society. They also welcomed the decision of the Government of India to declare his birth anniversary as a public holiday, acknowledging the sentiments of the people of J&K.
Today, as we honour Maharaja Hari Singh Ji, we remember his far-sighted vision and unifying leadership that laid the foundation for modern Jammu & Kashmir. His decision to accede to India in 1947 will forever be remembered as a monumental step that integrated J&K with the great Indian nation,” said the BJP Spokespersons in a joint statement.
The party leaders reiterated that BJP remains committed to carrying forward the Maharaja’s ideals of justice, equality, and development for all.
