Chinar Corps commander reviews counter-infiltration grid along LoC

 General officer Commanding of Army’s Srinagar based strategic Srinagar Chinar Corps Lt Gen Rajiv Ghai Tuesday reviewed the counter infiltration grid and operational preparedness in Jammu and Kashmir’s frontier Kupwara district.

The visit came days after the first infiltration bid of the year was foiled by the Army in Uri sector of Baramulla district.

In Kupwara’s Keran sector, Lt Gen Ghai on Tuesday interacted with troops and motivated them to remain committed in a high state of operational readiness & morale

“#ChinarCorps Cdr visited frontline units deployed along the #LoC in the Keran Sector #Kupwara, today, to review the counter infiltration grid and operational preparedness. He interacted and motivated troops to remain committed in a high state of operational readiness & morale despite extreme weather conditions and terrain,” Army Chinar Corps also known as 15 Corps posted on X.
