Reacting to Congress leader Pratap Singh Bajwa’s statement in which he claimed that ’30 AAP MLAs are in contact with us,’ the Aam Aadmi Party on Monday said even Bajwa’s own party MLAs are not in touch with him.”Are all Congress MLAs in touch with you? If they are, where is Sandeep Jakhar? Why did Dr Raj Kumar Chabbewal leave the party?” AAP MP Malvinder Singh Kang questioned Bajwa,He said Bajwa’s own brother, Fatehjang Bajwa, left him and joined the BJP, and he could not stop him. Meanwhile, Congress leaders, current and former MLAs are continuously leaving the party, yet Bajwa seems worried about AAP MLAs.Describing Bajwa’s statement as “daydreaming”, Kang said the Congress leader is known for making “baseless statements and his claims never turn out to be true”. Kang also remarked that the current state of Congress is such that, despite winning zero seats in Delhi, their leaders were celebrating in their office, dancing, and distributing sweets over the BJP’s victory.Speaking of the meeting of Punjab MLAs and Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann with Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi, Kang said it was an organisational meeting. “Arvind Kejriwal is the National Convenor of our party. Such meetings are a regular part of any party’s internal processes”.
