“I am telling you with confidence that Congress and INDIA alliance will form the government on June 4 at the centre,” the J&K PCC Chief said during a press conference in Srinagar.

“I am sure that with the formation of the government at the centre, the statehood would be restored to Jammu and Kashmir? The demand of unemployment, development, harassment to employees , issues of fruit growers, farmers loan will be redressed,” e said.

Vikar said Congress will stick to all the promises made during the campaign.

He claimed that the INDIA alliance will win all the five seats in Jammu and Kashmir.

The Congress leader alleged that the Prime Minister is frustrated and raising issues on religious ground.
“The frustration of Prime Minister is visible as he is raking the issues of Hindu-Muslim and Mangalsutra and even yesterday an uneven incident took place, those who were supporting to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and whose lone amounting to Rs 15 lakh crores was waved off and to whom all the major contracts of the country were given, said that they have paid money to Congress party in a tempo,” Vikar said.

“Very unfortunate, that the BJP seized the accounts of the Congress party worth Rs 2500 crores which were collected through donations and the same BJP today claiming that money was sent to Congress in Tempo … .is a shameful talk,” he added.

“Today it is evident that BJP will not cross even 150 numbers in the parliament elections at the centre,” he claimed.
