Grenade Blast Leaves Three Including A Police Officer Injured In Pattan

Pattan: Suspected militants hurled a grenade on a naka party in Pattan town of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Station House Officer Pattan said that grenade exploded with a bang resulting in the injuries of three persons including a top police officer.

Among the injured are DySP Operations Pattan, an SPO and a civilian who were shifted to Srinagar based Army hospital.

The police officer added that area was sealed and a search operation was launched to nab the grenade throwers.
