Srinagar:The Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League(JKPL) in an extraordinary meeting today in Islamabad(Ang) discussed the present political situation of the Kashmir Valley.
The meeting was Presided over by Chairman JKPL Mukhtar Ahmad Waza and was attended by senior Party members include Nisar Ahmad Rather,Eng Fayaz Ahmed,Jaffar Kashmir,Shabir Ahmad,yasin Ahmad and Javaid Ahmad.
Mukhtar Waza while speaking on occasion said that,we should not forget the victim families, orphans and widows of the society and who had miserably suffered during the ongoing freedom struggle of Kashmir and appealed people to remember the victims of the society on the Eid-ul-Azha.
Waza while expressing his serious concern over plight of political prisoners,demanded the immediate release of political prisoners before Eid,lodged in various jails in and outside the Kashmir.
