Mehbooba Reviews Ramadhan ArrangementsAfter Peoples Democratic Party President  Mehbooba Mufti met over 21 Legislatures following the massive rebellion, the high command is mulling to initiate a disciplinary action against its three senior leaders who apparently are responsible for triggering the crisis.

Well placed sources said that the decision was taken after party president met the legislatures of the party and discussed thoroughly the ongoing crisis and the way forward.

According to sources, the disciplinary action would be initiated against PDP MLA Pattan Imran Raza Ansari, MLA Zadibal Abid Ansari , MLA Baramulla Javid Hassan Baig And  MLA Tangmarg Mohammad Abbas Wani.

While Abid Ansari who is also an uncle of Imran Ansari was the first to accuse Mehbooba Mufti for keeping the party affairs limited to its family members, Imran Ansari strongly backed the comments and said that they will quit the party.

“This is a family democratic party. The senior party leadership is ignored in all the crucial affairs so I have said goodbye to it,” he said in support of his uncle.

Party insiders said that after Mehbooba called the meeting of legislatures, the three didnt turn up although Javid Baig assured to come over phone.

“All of the leaders in the party have been taken into confidence before taking this decision. Very soon we may seek an explanation form the three rebel leaders and accordingly the action will be taken,” the senior party leader told The Legitimate.

The PDP after BJP pulled out its support is going through a severe crisis with many of its legislatures accusing party of keeping it family centric.

It was to be believed that as many as l4 legislatures would quit the party and form the government with the support of BJP in state. However, recently the BJP senior leader Ram Madhav put all the speculations to rest and reposed the faith in continuation of governor’s rule in state.
