Srinagar: Mir iqbal Ahmad JK Pradesh youth congress General Secretary condemn the protest organised by Hindu Ikta Manch in favour of the accused in rape and murder case of Asifa.
Mir said that this is very unfortunate that people carrying national flag in their hands and protesting in favour of accused person and police was escorting them. He said there is a national flag code and this is brazen violation of that code and disrespect to the national flag. Our national flag can never be stooped below then this. People who carried national flag in their hands during this protest should identified and punished irrespective of their political affiliation. He further added that these are the tactics to pressurise investigating agencies. He appealed state government not succumb any pressure and ensure impartial investigation so that the killer of humanity would be punished.
