Three labourers were found dead under mysterious circumstances in Chenani area of Udhampur district in Jammu and Kashmir.
Police here on Monday said that the labourers were engaged by a company constructing power transmission towers and they were found dead inside a tent at Katheer-Gatwal village.
“No injury marks were found on the bodies and they are suspected to have died in sleep,” police said.
They identified the deceased as Sonu Ram, Balvinder Chand and Anil Chand.
“A case has been registered and the investigation has been initiated under174 CrPC,” said police.
