A police officer told GNS that the unknown gunmen barged inside the branch with an intention of looting bank. In this meantime, the unknown gunmen opened fire resulting in injuries to one bank guard and a civilian Mohd Ashraf, he said.
They were shifted to nearby hospital for specialised treatment, he said.
As per sources there has been no report of cash looted from the bank.(GNS)
