Dr Farooq Abdullah visits Bone and Joint Hospital Srinagar, speaks with Health Minister to address public concerns

National Conference President and former Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Dr. Farooq Abdullah visited the Bone and Joint Hospital in Srinagar today, accompanied by senior party leaders.

The visit aimed to assess the hospital’s conditions and interact with patients, attendants, and medical staff to understand their grievances.

News agency KINS reported that during the visit, several critical issues were highlighted by the general public and hospital staff.

Taking swift action, Farooq Abdullah personally spoke with the Health Minister, Sakina Itoo, conveying the hospital’s challenges and urging immediate intervention.

He emphasized the need for enhanced government support to ensure better healthcare services for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

NC President reiterated his party’s commitment to strengthening the healthcare sector in Jammu and Kashmir.

He assured the hospital staff and the public that their concerns would be taken up at the highest levels to bring about necessary improvements.(KINS)
