BJP spokesperson Dr. Abhijeet Jasrotia, accompanied by District President Ghulam Hussain Dar, addressed a press conference at Town Hall Baramulla, highlighting the transformative journey of India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Dr. Jasrotia credited the Modi government for propelling India to become the fourth-largest economy in the world, emphasizing the nation’s rise on the global stage. Referring to Operation Sandoor, he noted India’s use of advanced technology and its assertive response to external threats, particularly from Pakistan, as indicators of India’s growing power and strategic capabilities.
Speaking on the theme “Viksit Bharat, Amrit Kaal, Seva, Sushasan, Garib Kalyan,” he reflected on the achievements of the Modi government over the past eleven years, asserting that the nation is steadily progressing toward the goal of becoming a developed and self-reliant Bharat.
During his visit, Dr. Jasrotia also reviewed local party activities and held meetings with BJP functionaries, urging them to intensify grassroots-level organizational work. He emphasized unity, outreach, and service to the people as key pillars of the party’s strategy.
Later, he inspected exhibitions organized by BJP Baramulla, showcasing the Modi government’s key initiatives and developmental milestones achieved over the last decade. Senior party leaders and local workers accompanied him during the visit.(JKNS)
