Man Injured in Mysterious Blast in Bandipora

Srinagar: One person was injured in a mysterious explosion in Bandipora district of north Kashmir last evening.
According to police, 25 years old Shabir Ahmad Dar son of Akram Dar resident of Chingpora Banyari found some explosive device while extracting sand from river Jehlum which exploded in his right hand, resulting in injuries to him. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. Bandipora police has registered a case in this regard.
